IP Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Attorney specializing in International Trade Commission (ITC) Section 337 litigation.

Duties:

• Manage and litigate complex IP disputes before the International Trade Commission under section 337.
• Lead patent and trademark litigations, ensuring compliance with ITC procedures and patent laws.
• Conducted inter-part reviews and managed related proceedings.
• Take and defend numerous depositions of technical expert witnesses.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide strategic counsel and guidance on IP litigation matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar or eligible for admission.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in significant ITC litigation, including section 337 cases.
• Proven track record in patent and trademark litigations before the ITC.
• Comprehensive understanding of ITC procedures and patent law.
• Experience with inter-part reviews is preferred.
• Strong courtroom and deposition experience with technical expert witnesses.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
