We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique law firm in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, for an Associate Attorney with experience or interest in estate and trust litigation, guardianships, and probate and trust administration. Duties:

  • Represent clients in estate and trust litigation matters.
  • Handle guardianship cases and probate and trust administration.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to estates, trusts, and probate.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience or strong interest in estate and trust litigation, guardianships, and probate administration.
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a case from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar (or eligibility for admission).

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida State Bar (or the ability to obtain admission).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
