Duties

• Oversee discovery processes with support from specialized eDiscovery and litigation support teams.
• Take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, and represent clients in court hearings.
• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sophisticated, complex civil litigation.
• Specific experience in cyber, data, and privacy litigation is highly valued.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Exceptional research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• A team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership with the State Bar of the preferred office location.
