Duties:

• Draft title opinions, contracts, and related legal documents.
• Advise clients on property and mineral title matters within the energy sector.
• Assist in the negotiation and resolution of legal issues.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams on case strategies and legal matters.
• Maintain communication with clients and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of relevant experience in energy law, mineral title law, or property law.
• Strong academic background and legal research experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
• Excellent writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
