  • Manage a caseload effectively, meeting all deadlines and ensuring high-quality legal representation.
  • Investigate and analyze case facts and causes of action and determine strategic legal next steps.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case files and documentation.
  • Participate in client meetings, legal consultations, and court appearances as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of civil litigation experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Creditors’ Rights or Collection fields preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong investigative skills and keen ability to uncover facts and determine actionable next steps.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team setting.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
  • Knowledge of subrogation or insurance practices is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
