Litigation Associate Attorney

• Participate actively in client meetings and regularly communicate with court personnel, clients, and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
• Capacity to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Active membership and good standing with the Ohio Bar.
