Duties

• Appear and argue at hearings in court and in arbitration.

• Draft and respond to written discovery.

• Take and defend depositions.

• Manage cases involving insurance coverage and commercial litigation.

• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients in various stages of litigation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.

• Experience in insurance coverage is a plus.

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Ability to take and defend depositions and argue motions.

• Experience in appearing in court and handling arbitration proceedings.

• Ability to manage a high caseload and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
