A prominent law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its growing Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation practice. Location:

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of IP litigation, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, depositions, and trial support.
• Draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents, ensuring strong legal arguments.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams within the firm to provide integrated legal solutions.
• Advise clients on IP-related issues, ensuring their intellectual property is protected.
• Develop case strategies and communicate regularly with clients.
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to the firm’s growth.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in IP litigation.
• Technical background in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and handle complex legal issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• None required, though a technical background is preferred.
