This role requires a proactive legal professional skilled in managing commercial insurance disputes, conducting complex litigation tasks, and advising clients on various coverage matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in all phases of litigation and a thorough understanding of commercial insurance coverage policies.

Duties:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis for litigation support.
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Education:
