Duties:

  • Collaborate with experienced lawyers across the firm's global platform

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of private equity experience
  • Strong academic credentials

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the South Carolina Bar (or ability to obtain admission promptly)
