Duties:

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation, including cartel cases, monopolization, and price-fixing claims

• Advise on merger control matters, including preparing filings and navigating regulatory reviews

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and other related documents

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on the development of case strategies

• Communicate with clients regarding case status and strategy recommendations

• Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Stay updated on developments in antitrust laws and regulations, ensuring clients receive timely legal guidance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control

• Proven ability to handle complex legal issues with attention to detail and strategic thinking

• Strong legal writing and research skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• A proactive and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Experience working with regulatory agencies is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of California

Skills:

• Expertise in antitrust law, including merger control and litigation

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting complex legal documents

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

• Knowledge of regulatory agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ)
