  • Maintain detailed case records and manage hourly billing by firm policies.
  • Consult with potential new clients to evaluate their legal needs and determine if the firm can assist them.
  • Stay current on changes in family law and legal precedents to provide accurate and effective representation.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admittance and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience practicing family law.
  • Proven experience with hourly billing and case management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex family law cases with a client-focused approach.
  • Comfort with consulting potential new clients and converting consultations into clients.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.

Skills:
