• Stay up to date with evolving privacy and data security laws, particularly in the healthcare sector.
• Assist clients with managing risk and addressing breaches or regulatory investigations.
• Offer practical, business-oriented solutions to complex legal problems.
• Work with technology companies on data privacy and security issues (experience in this area is a plus).
• Build solid and collaborative relationships with clients to help them achieve their business goals.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of relevant legal experience in privacy and data security, particularly in the digital health sector.
• Extensive experience with HIPAA and other U.S. privacy and security laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving legal environment.
• Prior experience working with healthcare or technology clients is preferred.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.

Education and Certifications:
