Duties:

• Represent clients in antitrust-related litigation and merger control cases

• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery materials

• Assist in the development of case strategies and trial preparation

• Conduct legal research to support antitrust and competition law matters

• Manage cases and client relationships while ensuring deadlines and requirements are met

• Collaborate with senior associates and partners to deliver high-quality legal services

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proven experience in handling complex legal matters in antitrust law

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the California Bar (or eligibility to become admitted)

Skills:

• Deep understanding of antitrust laws and competition regulations

• Strong legal research and writing abilities
