Location:

Duties:

• Prepare and file legal documents according to established procedures.
• Communicate legal information clearly and effectively to clients.
• Research, retrieve, and update case file information for clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, text, and phone in a professional manner.
• Docket hearings and track case resolutions.
• Draft legal responses and file electronically as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law.
• Entry-level experience, with bankruptcy experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Proficiency with legal technology and case management software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active law license.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Efficient in managing high-volume caseloads.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and digital recordkeeping.
