We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious national law firm seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join their top-tier Corporate & Financial Services Department. The firm provides early responsibility to its corporate associates and offers exposure to a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, including private equity, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and capital markets. This role is an excellent opportunity for experienced attorneys to take on significant responsibility, working closely with partners and clients across various industries.

Duties:

  • Supervise due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related transaction documents.
  • Manage and facilitate the closing of corporate transactions.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients across a range of industries to execute private equity, M&A, and capital markets transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and strategy on corporate transactions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three full years of relevant experience in corporate law.
  • Experience supervising due diligence and managing corporate transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of handling private equity, M&A, and capital markets transactions.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be based.

Skills:

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and legal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $250,000 - $370,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
