Associate Attorney for Las Vegas office

A law firm seeks a highly motivated Associate Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload in consumer and commercial debt collection. This position offers opportunities for both newly licensed and experienced attorneys to gain significant courtroom and litigation experience while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Duties:

• Prepare and execute court calls for debt collection cases.
• Handle motions, contested hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Draft, review, and approve pleadings including complaints, motions, discovery documents, and post-judgment proceedings.
• Represent clients in court and ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active law license in Nevada.
• Law license in California or Washington is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high-volume caseload.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada, in good standing.
• Additional licensure in California or Washington is preferred but not required.
