Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney

A law firm in Glendale, CA is seeking a motivated and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with various personal injury cases, including:
  • Motor vehicle accidents
  • Medical malpractice
  • Premises liability
  • Sexual assault
• Handle all discovery and trial preparation tasks
• Draft and respond to discovery requests
• Conduct legal research and draft legal motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Perform all litigation case management duties
• Engage in heavy law and motion practice
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in personal injury litigation
• Ability to manage a caseload of 40 to 60 litigation files throughout all stages of litigation
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills
• Sincere interest in litigation
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California

Certifications:

• California Bar Association membership in good standing

Skills:
