Duties:

• Represent clients in court, attending hearings, depositions, and conferences.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, orders, and other legal documents for filing.

• Conduct legal analysis and apply industry principles to complex case issues.
• Engage in legal research and present persuasive arguments for desired outcomes.
• Meet with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials to advance case progress.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in legal writing, analysis, and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with technology and general computer software (Lexis, Microsoft Office suite).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
