Duties

  • Supervise and guide a team of staff in handling pre-litigation cases.
  • Assess the merits and potential outcomes of personal injury claims.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the process.
  • Review medical records and case documentation for case evaluation.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support claims.
  • Negotiate settlements and authorize final agreements in the pre-litigation phase.
  • Manage a large caseload while ensuring timely progress and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in Florida.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, including client interaction or negotiation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and effectively prioritize.

  • Strong negotiation capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while leading and mentoring a team.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
