A law firm seeks a Mid-to-Senior Level Corporate Associate Attorney with the following qualifications:

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and corporate governance.
• Draft and negotiate various agreements, including stock purchase agreements, investment documents, and corporate formation documents.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and risk assessments for corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends relevant to corporate law practice.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice, focusing on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation.
• Experience with, or affinity for, technology and life sciences companies.
• Superior academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• CA Bar admission preferred.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar (preferred).
