Duties:

• Analyze client claims and evidence to determine alignment with class action requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and staff in the Class Action Department to achieve successful results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in consumer class action litigation (preferred).
• Thorough understanding of California labor laws and their application in class action scenarios.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership in the California State Bar.
