Duties:

• Advise clients on complex intellectual property and technology transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic deals.

• Lead negotiations and draft various contracts, including license agreements, technology agreements, and commercial contracts.

• Perform due diligence investigations for buy-side and sell-side transactions.

• Counsel clients on intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

• Handle privacy transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in corporate intellectual property and technology transactions.

• Strong background in drafting and negotiating contracts related to IP rights and technology.

• In-depth understanding of privacy transactions and regulatory compliance.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
