Job Overview:

A distinguished law firm in Tampa, FL, seeks a dedicated and experienced Litigation Attorney to manage bodily injury claims from pre-suit through trial and final resolution. This role requires an assertive professional with a strong grasp of Florida personal injury law, exceptional litigation skills, and the ability to advocate aggressively on behalf of clients.

Duties:

• Oversee personal injury cases from initial filing to final resolution, including trials and settlements.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Prepare and present persuasive arguments, including PowerPoint presentations for mediation.
• Analyze and interpret the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies and ensure successful case outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience handling bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims in Florida.
• Strong trial experience with extensive knowledge of litigation procedures and evidence rules.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload with precision and efficiency.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, driven, and committed to securing favorable outcomes.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and good-standing membership with the Florida Bar.

Skills:

• Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint for case presentations.
• Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.

Job Location:
