Job Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
  • 3-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Utah
  • Demonstrated experience as first-chair counsel in family law cases
  • Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt

 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical programs and software

 

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited university

 

Certifications:

Licensed to practice law in the state of Utah
