Litigation Family Law Attorney

A law firm located in Clearfield, UT, is seeking an experienced Litigation Family Law Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing family law cases, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the practice.

Job Duties:

• Take proactive management of family law cases from inception to resolution
• Provide superior customer service to all clients, including the preparation of monthly status reports and conducting weekly case reviews
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to practice managers
• Utilize practice quality software to track performance metrics and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Utah
• Demonstrated experience as first-chair counsel in family law cases
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical programs and software

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited university

Certifications:

Licensed to practice law in the state of Utah
