Duties:

• Advise on incident response protocols and data security matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to navigate legal complexities around data protection.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Health Law, with a focus on data privacy and security.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal issues related to data protection and privacy compliance.
• Experience in negotiating commercial contracts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients in both legal and non-legal matters.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulatory landscape.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in the relevant state (WI preferred).
