The firm specializes in family law matters and is looking for a dedicated professional to manage a diverse caseload. The ideal candidate will be proficient in family law procedures, demonstrate strong communication and research abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

Duties:

  • Manage a substantial caseload of family law cases from inception to resolution
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients in areas including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and other family-related matters
  • Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and agreements
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and legal strategies
  • Collaborate with support staff to ensure timely filing and case management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and court decisions

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law
  • Strong case management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Proficient in legal research and document preparation
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Arizona State Bar License (active)
