Associate Attorney needed for Huntington Beach office

Job Duties:

• assist in the litigation process, including conducting interviews, legal research, and document filing
• Assist with drafting legal documents such as motions and pleadings

• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Perform comprehensive legal research
• Make court appearances as required
• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in California
• 1-5 years of litigating experience, ideally in employment law, contract law, or fundamental property law
• Bankruptcy experience preferred
