The Texas law practice was launched twenty-six years ago. Over one-hundred practiced attorneys make up their law office. They represent a wide range of domestic and international clients. Areas of concentration are business transactions and litigation law. There are two prominent practice groups namely corporate-finance securities, and restructuring-reorganization. Antitrust, appellate, class action; multi-district litigation, and employment-labor; OSHA are a number of their practice areas. Attorneys were repeatedly named in leading industry publications for their legal expertise.
