  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Montana State Bar.

Skills:

  • Expertise in family law, with additional familiarity in immigration, environmental, patent, and workers' compensation law.
  • Strong courtroom presence and ability to effectively present cases.
