  • Handle cases related to ERISA subrogation, employee benefits, and employment law.
  • Perform detailed legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and various legal documents.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel to manage case progress.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel and develop tailored case strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality legal representation and case management.

Requirements:

  • Prior interest or experience in subrogation, employee benefits, and employment law.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple legal matters effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong academic background with solid performance throughout law school.

Certifications:

  • Active law license and in good standing with at least one U.S. state Bar (licensure in multiple states is a plus).

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively via phone and email.
