Duties

  • Lead and manage complex legal matters across various practice areas, including Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the highest quality of service.
  • Drive business development efforts to grow and expand the firm’s practice areas.
  • Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, fostering their growth and development within the firm.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction and leadership initiatives of the firm.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate, Litigation, or Trusts & Estates law.
  • Proven business development skills and the ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing legal teams and complex cases.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality legal services while contributing to a collaborative firm culture.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the bar of at least one jurisdiction where the firm operates.
