A law firm in Washington, DC is seeking a skilled Lateral Labor and Employment Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in labor and employment law. Provide legal counsel and representation on labor and employment matters.

 

Duties:

  • Advise clients on a wide range of labor and employment law issues.
  • Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
  • Represent clients in labor and employment-related litigation.
  • Conduct legal research on labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with labor and employment-related transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the DC State Bar.
  • 4-8 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state labor and employment laws.
  • Experience in both counseling and litigation.
