Duties:

• Draft and argue law and motion pleadings.
• Propound and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy development.
• Conduct research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
• Supervise legal secretaries and law clerk staff.
• Perform other duties as required to support litigation efforts.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in California (required).
• Extensive experience in civil litigation, personal injury, premises liability defense, and consumer law.
• Strong familiarity with the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, Song-Beverly Act, and B&P 17200.
• Prior experience with depositions, mediations, and arbitrations (required).
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.
