A law firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. The ideal candidate will focus on the enforcement of loan documents, foreclosures, evictions, bankruptcies, and all aspects of state and federal court litigation. The firm serves a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, and offers a collaborative environment with the opportunity for professional growth and development.

Handle a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including loan document enforcement, foreclosures, evictions, bankruptcies, landlord/tenant, and construction matters.
Provide case development, strategy, and coordination from initial stages through trial preparation.
Lead discovery, motion practice, and pre-trial preparation for cases.
Assist in managing a large, multi-faceted workload.
Work effectively with minimal direction and supervision.
Collaborate with other members of the litigation team.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, particularly with financial institutions, loan document enforcement, foreclosure, and related matters.
First-chair experience preferred, including case development, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage a fast-paced and diverse workload.
Team-oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Admission to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active admission to the Minnesota State Bar.
Litigation and case management.
Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
Discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Ability to manage complex and multi-faceted litigation cases.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
