Duties

  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Organize and maintain client files, ensuring that all relevant information is easily accessible to the legal team.
  • Provide legal counsel and advice to clients, analyzing their cases and recommending appropriate courses of action.

Requirements

  • Must have successfully passed the state bar exam.
  • Member in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA).
  • Eagerness to collaborate with senior attorneys and learn from their experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada.
  • Active membership with the ABA.

Skills

  • Strong drafting and writing skills for legal documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
