A well-established law firm located in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking motivated Litigation Attorneys to join its team. This is a full-time position where you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic environment, handling a wide array of legal challenges. Duties:

• Represent clients throughout all phases of litigation, from initiation to expert discovery.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, and case management conferences.
• Perform legal research and lead discovery investigations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including discovery requests, responses, motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
• Prepare litigation update reports and summaries of depositions and discovery responses.
• Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel to resolve claims.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing legal advice and case status updates.

Requirements:

• Active bar membership in New Jersey.
• Previous experience in litigation, especially in general and professional liability, is preferred.
• Proven ability to draft discovery documents, lead depositions, and argue motions.
• Strong organizational and writing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• New Jersey Bar Certification is required.
