This role entails collaborative work within the legal team, guidance and supervision for support staff, and consistent application of high ethical and legal standards. The ideal candidate will manage personal injury caseloads, navigate client interactions, and maintain strong communication with insurers.

Duties

• Manage personal injury caseloads, following through the pre-litigation claim process
• Negotiate and interact effectively with insurance companies
• Establish and sustain positive client relationships
• Draft legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement agreements
• Review and ensure accuracy in all legal documentation
• Adhere to all applicable legal standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Active Missouri Bar license with at least 1 year of civil practice experience
• Preferred: Active Kansas Bar license

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Missouri Bar License (required)
• Kansas Bar License (preferred)
