Duties:

• Work in all aspects of the patent practice, including preparing and prosecuting applications.
• Conduct research and provide legal analysis on intellectual property matters.
• Lead inventor meetings to gather necessary information for patent applications.
• Develop patent strategies and assist in proceedings before the USPTO.
• Conduct personal interviews before USPTO examiners and appear before the Board of Appeals.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. degree (preferred).
• Admission/license to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
