A well-established law firm based in Denver, CO, is seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in Real Estate Finance to join its collaborative legal team. Duties

  • Draft and negotiate various transactional documents, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, and general contracts.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate loan and security documentation.
  • Conduct due diligence for financing transactions, including organizational documents, title and survey reviews, and grant agreements.
  • Provide legal counsel on real estate matters related to lending, financing, and leasing practices.
  • Manage compliance and regulatory matters, ensuring proper approvals for transactions.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in corporate transactional matters, with expertise in real estate, lending, finance, or leasing.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation, corporate and real estate due diligence, and loan documentation.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication abilities.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work professionally and collaboratively in group settings.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
