Duties:

• Represent clients in a wide variety of litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Manage cases from initial filing through trial.
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice.
• Prepare and argue motions, negotiate settlements, and participate in hearings.
• Maintain a high standard of client service and communication.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.
• Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
