A law firm in Miami, FL, seeks a dedicated Bilingual Associate Attorney to join their bankruptcy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an admitted attorney to gain hands-on experience in bankruptcy law. The firm will fully train the right candidate.

Duties:

  • Assisting senior attorneys with bankruptcy case preparations and filings.
  • Conducting client consultations and intake interviews.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including petitions, schedules, and motions.
  • Representing clients in bankruptcy court proceedings.
  • Researching bankruptcy laws and case precedents.
  • Communicating with clients, creditors, and court officials.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized case files.
  • Participating in team meetings and strategy sessions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the state of Florida.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong desire to learn and practice bankruptcy law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
