A growing law firm is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team in Philadelphia, PA. This position involves meeting with clients, providing exceptional care, and ensuring favorable outcomes. The attorney will be responsible for managing cases, negotiating with insurance companies, and preparing cases for trial when necessary.

Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss cases and provide compassionate, client-focused representation.

• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim statuses, demands, and offers.

• Prepare personal injury cases for trial, ensuring readiness at each stage.

• Represent clients in court and during trials, if necessary.

• Update clients regularly on the progress of their cases.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• 6+ years of litigation experience, with first-chair trial experience preferred.

• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar (or eligible to practice in Pennsylvania).

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Strong ability to evaluate claims effectively.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Superb verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently and manage caseloads efficiently.

Education
