The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in team settings.

Duties:

  • Manage complex litigation cases, including conducting legal research and drafting legal briefs.
  • Oversee document production and manage discovery processes.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and handle litigation matters.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and other legal settings as required.
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring attention to detail in all aspects of litigation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in complex litigation.
  • JD or LLM degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to or eligibility for admission in Massachusetts or New York.
  • Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Professionalism in interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts or New York Bar.
