The candidate will handle all phases of litigation with limited supervision, including all phases of discovery and motion practice. Must possess excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills and strong academic credentials. Deposition and hearing experience is strongly preferred. Must be licensed in Georgia and willing to become licensed in South Carolina.
