A law firm seeks a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join its legal team in Walnut Creek, CA. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of litigation experience to handle complex cases in the realm of education law. Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.

• Develop and implement strategic litigation plans tailored to each case.
• Work closely with clients to provide legal counsel, guidance, and updates throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

• Must be a member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• At least 5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on education law or related fields.
• Proven ability to draft and review complex legal documents.

Education:
