The ideal candidate will provide trademark counseling to clients and support both counseling and litigation efforts. The role involves conducting research, drafting memoranda, communicating with clients, participating in due diligence, and assisting senior lawyers in the day-to-day provision of legal services.

Job Details:

• Provide trademark counseling to clients.
• Conduct brief or complex research and draft memoranda on specific legal issues.
• Support counseling and litigation for trade secret, trademark, and false advertising matters.
• Communicate with clients via telephone and email.
• Participate in due diligence, analyzing agreements in data rooms and providing subsequent descriptions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant law firm or in-house experience.
• Admitted to the Bar of the State.
• Experience in trademark, trade secrets, and false advertising.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Outstanding research and drafting skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
