Aviation And Transportation Attorney

Job Overview: The law firm is seeking a motivated Aviation and Transportation Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in handling business and commercial law matters, asset-based transactions, or finance/loan matters. Duties:

• Handle legal matters related to aviation and transportation, including regulatory compliance, transactions, and litigation.
• Independently manage tasks and projects, from initiation to completion, while consulting with senior attorneys as needed.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on equipment leasing, aviation, and transportation issues.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for negotiations and hearings.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in aviation and transportation.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in business and commercial law matters, asset-based transactions, or finance/loan matters.
• Admitted to practice law in Minnesota or eligible to become admitted.
• Motivated and detail-oriented with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in equipment leasing, aviation, or transportation law is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar or eligibility for admission.
