Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases, displaying compassion, empathy, and professional confidence.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and insurance companies about claim updates, demands, and offers.
• Prepare cases thoroughly for trial and lead trials when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members while independently managing workloads.
• Evaluate claims and develop effective case strategies.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to advance clients’ interests.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 6+ years of litigation experience.
• Proven first-chair trial experience.
• An active member of the Arizona Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Arizona State Bar is currently in good standing.
