A law firm in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Litigation Attorney with a strong background in corporate litigation and transactional law. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and provide strategic legal advice to the company, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Job Details:

• Represent the company in litigation matters, handling a diverse range of corporate legal issues.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and support to the company, advising on litigation strategy and risk management.
• Serve as a key legal advisor, collaborating across departments to facilitate corporate growth and protect company interests.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including case analysis, strategy development, motions, and court appearances.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of the company.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and corporate policies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license, preferably in Ohio.
• 6+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate transactional law and litigation.
• Strong expertise in managing corporate legal matters, including litigation, contracts, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and provide strategic legal advice.
